Chery Auto Philippines holds exclusive gathering for Tiggo rEV owners and launches Smart Access app

Chery Auto Philippines successfully organized a recently concluded Chery Car Club Connect, an exclusive gathering for Chery Tiggo rEV owners, held at the UAAGI Auto Group Center for Technical Excellence.
The event brought together 88 valued customers in a meaningful and immersive brand experience which aims to deepen engagement and reinforce trust in the Chery brand.
The Chery Car Club Connect underscores the brand’s dedication not only to innovation and quality vehicles, but also to cultivating a strong, engaged, and informed customer community.

During the event, participants were given a tour at the facility where Chery’s sales and aftersales teams undergo rigorous training. This experience offered customers a greater appreciation of the brand’s commitment to service excellence and technical expertise.
Chery’s customers also explored the Parts Warehouse, gaining insight into the robust support system that ensures parts availability and timely service: an essential component of Chery’s promise of reliability and peace of mind.
A key highlight of the event was the activation of the Chery Smart Access app, enabling owners to conveniently connect with and remotely access their vehicles. Customers were introduced to the app’s comprehensive suite of features designed to enhance everyday driving and ownership:
Real-Time Monitoring: Users can track essential vehicle information such as fuel capacity, tire pressure, energy voltage, charging status, odometer reading, and current and total driving range. The app also provides helpful reminders for charging schedules.
Remote Access: Owners can start the engine, open the tailgate, control the sunroof, lock and unlock doors, and open or close windows remotely. The app also allows users to locate their vehicle in parking areas and schedule engine start with pre-cooling for added convenience.

Smart A/C Control: Designed with passenger comfort in mind, the system enables air purification, one-click cooling, defogging functions, front ventilated seat control, and customizable temperature settings.
“Events like the Chery Car Club Connect reflect our ongoing commitment to building meaningful relationships with our customers. These interactions allow us to better understand their needs and continuously enhance the ownership journey. We aim to ensure that every Chery customer experiences not only the innovation and reliability of our vehicles, but also lasting confidence and peace of mind through responsive and dependable aftersales service,” said Chery Auto Philippines Brand Head Franz Decloedt.
